Steps to procure Online Application Form & Online submission:

    Visit www.chennaipublicschool.com and click ‘ONLINE APPLICATION TAB’ on the right side of the Homepage.

    Step 1: Register

• Click “New Applicant” and register with your mobile number and email ID
• Ensure Name of the student and Date of Birth are as per valid ID proof
• Mobile Number is mandatory for online Application
• Age Criteria to Register as follows:

Pre Primary 1 / IPP1 / EY 1 / ELP 1	Should complete 2 yrs by 31st Dec 2023
Pre Primary 2 / IPP2 / EY 2 / ELP 2	Should complete 3 yrs by 31st Dec 2023
Pre Primary 3 / IPP3 / EY 3 / ELP 3	Should complete 4 yrs by 31st Dec 2023
STD I	Should complete 5 yrs by 31st Dec 2023

    Note: Pre Primary 1 is not offered at Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar

    Step 2: Pay online

• Pay the Application fee online using Debit/Credit card/Net banking/UPI
• Application Number, Unique user ID & password will be sent to the registered email ID & mobile number

    Step 3: Submit

• Click ‘Registered Applicant’ Tab to submit the application form online using your unique
  user ID & password or through the link received via email & SMS
• Submit the online application form within 3 working days from the date of procurement
• Fill in all the fields. Fields marked with * are mandatory
• Upload the Enclosures/Documents (file size should not exceed 200 KB; upload as .jpg/.gif,.jpeg,.png,.pdf only)
  Note: The uploaded documents will be auto saved as student name_attachment type
1. Recent Passport size photograph*
2. Birth Certificate*
3. Residential Proof*
4. Parent's Employment ID Card /Business Card*
5. Community Certificate (mandatory for communities other than General)
6. Student Aadhaar Card
7. Recent Report card/Mark statement/Equivalence Certificate
8. Passport and Visa(For Foreign Nationals only)
9. OCI/PIO Card (For Foreign Nationals only)
10. Medical Certificate / Doctor's prescription (For medical ailments, if any)
• You may not be allowed to edit the Application after final submission; Print the Application Form for reference
• Instructions to Compress Enclosures/Documents
To compress all pictures of Enclosures/Documents of size less than 200KB, Open Microsoft Office Picture Manager >
Select Picture > Compress Pictures > Select compress for Web pages and click OK. Save the file.
• Important Note: Online Application Form is non-transferable, non-refundable and the unique Application number
  is valid for current year only. Incomplete Application Form will not be processed.
